Hala Dawood Yaqoob Al Alaf, an Iraqi TIMA member(left), looks forward to contributing herself to more Tzu Chi missions.

Hala Dawood Yaqoob Al Alaf, an Iraqi TIMA member, has stayed in Jordan for half a year to participate in Tzu Chi free clilnics. Currently, she lives in Australia. On September 20, she arrived in Hualien with other Australian TIMA members to attend 2018 TIMA Conference held from Sep. 21 to Sep.25.

Hala Dawood Yaqoob Al Alaf felt excited for being able to attend the Conference because she has been greatly impressed by Tzu Chi humanistic culture. Besides, she thought that it’s a great opportunity to be able to share experience with medical professionals from all over the world, and she looks forward to obtain the most recent medical knowledge during the TIMA Convention. She stated, “Above all, I’m eager to learn about Tzu Chi and obtain special experience through such an event.”

She continued to state, “Especially, we should let more people to pay attention to the issues of Global Warming and make every effort to protect the environment before it’s too late. “ She wishes to contribute herself to the Tzu Chi missions after returning to Australia and call more people to focus on the environmental issues.
