6.Please take care personal stuff.
7.To maintain ward environment, please put clothes and blanket in the closet.
8.To protect natural environment, the hospital provide no disposable tableware.

Leave rules |
1. |
National healthcare Insurance Medical Act 16 regulates that after insured objects are hospitalized, insured objects shall not leave the hospital without authorization. If insured objects have to leave because of special situations, they should obtain permissions from doctors who give diagnosis. After the doctors agree and record reasons and leave hours, insured objects may leave. People leaving without permissions is viewed as automatic discharge. |

The time of every leave is no more than 4 hours and two times a week; staying overnight outside is not allowed. |

Cost instruction |
The medical service items without National healthcare insurance settlement are informed to patients in advance. The hospital will obtain an writing agreement from patients. The cases of urgent medical treatments are not included in this regulation. |

◎The time of checking cost |
| During the time of hospitalization, the cost of each item is checked once a day. After receiving bills, please pay it on the nursing station in three days. People without health insurance or without National healthcare insurance settlement will pay the cost on the basis of hospital’s criterion. |
